Amore Mattress comes with a 10 Years Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

During the first year, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Amore Mattress provides a free replacement against any material or workmanship defects.

From the second year onwards till the completion of 10 years, warranty benefits are provided on a pro-rata basis.

For Example:
For a mattress with a 10-year warranty, if a defect appears after 8 years of use, pro-rata warranty is applicable for the remaining 2 years.

If the prevailing price of the mattress at the time of claim is ₹10,000:
Pro-rata value = 10,000 × 2 / 10 = ₹2,000

Amount payable by customer = 10,000 − 2,000 = ₹8,000

*Pro-rata value will be calculated on the prevailing price at the time of warranty claim.




  1. Duly filled warranty card and relevant Cash Memo must be produced along with the defective mattress.
  2. The company will bear only the costs resulting from repair or replacement of defective springs for the first year. Transportation costs will not be borne by the company.
  3. Excluded from the warranty are losses resulting from natural wear & tear, improper maintenance, wrong handling, excessive loading, negligence in use, folding of mattress and unsatisfactory foundation.
  4. Warranty doesn't cover natural wear & tear of comfort layers after guarantee period. Comfort layers can be changed at the cost of buyer during warranty period.
  5. The company will not be liable for any consequential damages, and under no circumstances shall its liability hereunder exceed the price for goods determined to be defective.
  6. Decision of the company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of Warranty / Guarantee will be final.
  7. Specification varies from model to model. Tolerance: Length or Width: 12mm; Thickness: +15mm - 5mm.
  8. Transportation and inspection costs will be charged as per actual after first year of warranty.
  9. If repair is required in mattress then repairing cost will be charged after 1 yrs of guarantee period along with freight charges.
  10. Comfort preference is not the part of warranty terms, we only give warranty of product supplied not the comfort for individual.
  11. Mattress damage due to an inappropriate/uneven foundation or when an incorrect size of bed frame is used, is not covered in warranty Fabric pilling, stains, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns are not covered in warranty, also any mattress fabric damage due to heat/iron is not part of warranty.
  12. Mattress cover is not covered under warranty.
  13. Normal change in softness and recovery time associated with memory foam and latex materials over time is not covered in warranty.
  14. Body impressions in the mattress that measure less than 1.5 inches is not considered as sagging and will not be covered in warranty
  15. Claims, if any, will be restricted to Courts within the New Delhi jurisdiction only.
